Elizabeth is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. She specializes in helping investors and landlords get the best returns possible for their properties and has managed properties since 2005. Elizabeth holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from Johns Hopkins University, where she graduated with honors, with the first-ranked thesis of her graduating class. Her undergraduate degree is in economics and history from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, where she graduated with honors.
Elizabeth has an extensive background in the real estate industry and she currently manages a team of more than 25 agents and four staff. Prior to founding Customer Results Property Management, Elizabeth served as Vice President of Marketing for The Long & Foster Companies, the nation’s largest independent real estate brokerage, with over 180 offices and approximately 11,000 real estate agents. In her role at Long & Foster, she managed many key marketing, market research, and operational functions.
Preceding her role at Long & Foster, Elizabeth was Consumer Research Manager at Stanley Martin Homes, a mid-Atlantic regional homebuilder, where she was responsible for property valuation, sales strategy development, and listing management. Elizabeth started her career in real estate as a Research Analyst for Novogradac LLP, an accounting firm specializing in multifamily apartment properties, where she helped real estate investors understand the market potential of various multifamily development opportunities.
